Sharepoint / Data Administrator

We are currently looking for a Data / SharePoint Administrator who is highly proficient in SharePoint administration and design. This role involves the successful candidate providing all daily administration tasks in a twofold document management and collaboration environment including support for internal staff and external third parties using these systems. There is a SharePoint online based solution in place that has the potential to provide further benefits to the Company and our operations and this individual will contribute to this from a technical and design aspect. Also, there is a substantial amount of data flow administration involved in the uploading of project related data and the provisioning, control and monitoring of access to this data.
- Administration of access and reporting on Walls Document Management System (SharePoint Online Platform).
- Further development of functionality and design of current SharePoint based system to include workflow’s, forms design etc.
- Administration of Citrix ShareFile system for sharing of data with external third parties to include new user setups, access permissions for internal and external clients and ensuring latest document and data versions are uploaded and maintained.
- Administration of SharePoint based Document Management system to include new project setups, access permissions and ensuring latest document and data versions are uploaded and maintained in the appropriate SharePoint location for projects.
- Assists in producing training material content for new and existing staff on Walls Document Management system.
- Monitoring data storage formats to ensure compliance with Walls standards (file locations, naming conventions, formats etc.).
- Control all aspects of project documentation on multiple simultaneous projects.
- Contribute to Company procedures and policies with regard to data collaboration.
- 1-2 years’ experience in SharePoint Design and administration at a business level to include workflow design.
- 1-2 years’ experience with the Office 365 environment.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a data/document control and administration environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail a must.
- Ability to relate solutions to specific business needs where required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the Company.
