Marketing & Pre-Construction Coordinator

Are you looking for exciting & challenging role? Working in a fast-paced environment with one of the top tier construction company in Dublin? We have a marketing & pre-construction co-ordinator role available at the moment

  • Responsible for co-ordinating and compiling Company Profiles, PQQ’s, Tenders, Presentations and company marketing materials
  • Reporting to Marketing & Business Development Manager (JN) / Pre-Construction Manager (JM) and consulting with the Directors.


  • Co-ordinate and compile all pre-qualification submissions in support of the Marketing & BD Manager
  • Co-ordinate and compile all submission material for Tender Submission in support of the Pre-Construction Manager and other departments
  • Co-ordinate and compile all company presentations (marketing, pre-tender, mid-tender, post-tender)
  • Maintain and keep up to date high quality bid material, templates, key studies, CVs, etc.
  • Ensure that all information issued to clients is consistent, timely and of the highest quality
  • Production of company marketing materials (leaflets, newspaper articles, awards submissions and presentations, website posts, socials etc.)
  • Photograph of progress stage and completed projects (postproduction when required)

Hard skills:

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • InDesign Adobe and Microsoft proficient
  • Marketing / Construction Degree
  • Construction Industry experience benefit
