Description:

Located in Dublin’s Grand Canal area, the project sought to create a dynamic interior within a Daniel Libeskind designed office complex. Client requirements included the necessity for cellular offices across several floors, with conference, training and corporate facilities located over a show piece level, incorporating roof gardens and a gallery space. Fit-out alterations also included provision of services for double occupancy offices.

The scope of work included the fit-out of the ground, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th floor areas. The works were carried out within an existing and occupied office building with the restrictions applying to work activities creating noise, dust or vibration.

The works involved larger meeting rooms; the introduction of alternative finishes to selected areas; alterations to the existing kitchen; and provision of a new feature gallery. The fit out also included a new landscaping scheme introduced to the 6th floor roof terrace.
