Description:

The new Central Bank of Ireland headquarters on North Wall Quay is the most iconic building project currently under construction in Dublin City. On completion the development will provide a central location in exemplary office accommodation and ancillary facilities to over 1,500 employees.

The project involves the completion of the existing concrete structure on the North Wall Quay. This required extensive structural works with the addition of a floor at roof level, a new triple façade and the complete internal fit-out. The project is being delivered using BIM and is also targeting a BREAM outstanding rating, the first office development in Ireland to achieve this rating. The completed project will stand at over 8 storeys tall and will have a total area of approximately 29,000m2, the headquarters are being built to the highest energy standards.
