Description:

Walls Construction were employed to carry out the redevelopment of Charlemont house. The building will incorporate green technology ensuring an energy efficient and environmentally friendly building. The building is targeting LEED Gold certification.

The 5.9m high reception area with extensive glazing and stone finishes will exude quality and leave a marked impression on occupiers and visitors alike. There will be high quality finishes throughout the lift cores onto the office floors which will be well proportioned and full of light. The self-contained building allows for significant flexibility to occupiers. The floor plates are designed to provide high levels of natural light, flexible subdivision and efficient occupancy.

The building will provide 86 car parking spaces and 102 bicycle spaces in its basement level as well as changing facilities.

The design of the building and its triple cores facilitates divisions either vertically or horizontally allowing for one large HQ or multiple standalone HQs.
