Houghton Mifflin Harcourt are a global learning company who specialise in pre-K–12 education content and cutting edge technology solutions for today’s changing landscape.

Their offices were relocated in Dublin to Trinity Central and a fit-out was negotiated with Walls. The fit-out comprised of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor levels of the development as the new headquarters for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt (HMH).

Within the 3,536m2 space are large open plan offices, cellular offices, meeting rooms, toilet cores, a canteen, tea stations and hub rooms. A specialist editing suite and a new ventures area are unique to this project as well as an external 4th floor terrace area. The finishes include a glazed partition system, bespoke joinery to reception, meeting hubs and an interactive style story.
