Description:

Simmonscourt and Minerva House was the first development in Ireland to achieve the BREEAM Excellent rating. The project was designed with efficient and flexible floor plates to accommodate a range of open-plan, cellular and ancillary office configurations. This allowed for multiple uses with a view to maximising flexibility.

The two buildings are 10,200m2 with a basement car-park comprising 4,271m2. Each block was clad with a unitised glazed façade system and fitted out to building standard finish level. The upper floor of each building is offset from the lower floor footprint and this enables access to a continuous roof terrace with views over the RDS complex and South Dublin. Subsequently, Walls Construction completed the high-end fit-out for Irish Distiller Group / Pernod Ricard to floors 2, 3 & 4 of Minerva House.

Other features comprises outdoor landscaping which includes a public space at podium level.
