St. Mary’s Primary Care Centre

This project involved the development of a new Primary Care Centre (PCC) at St. Marys Health Campus, Gurranabraher, Cork.

The building was constructed on the site of the former Orthopaedic Hospital blocks which were demolished to facilitate the construction of the Primary Care Centre.

The building is a 3 storey concrete frame with a precast floor structure, clad with, glazed curtain walling, blockwork and insulated render, and brick feature panelling. The works also included the internal fit out of the entire building into cellular spaces for primary care services along with the external upgrade of the campus entrance, formation of a new carpark and the general upgrade of the road network and associated drainage, power and lighting schemes.
