Lidl Ballymun Sod Turning

Lord Mayor Of Dublin City Nial Ring turned the sod on the New Lidl Development in Ballymun, to mark the commencement of the project. Called ‘North Quarter’, it will consist of a Lidl store with attached office space, car parking, and two new blocks of student accommodation. The blocks will have about 364 beds, and will also include retail units and cafes. They’ll be located at the junction of Ballymun Road and Balbutcher Lane. The project is due for completion in mid 2020.
