The commercial office fit-out and refurbishment works for Amazon has completed all its minor demolitions which include internal walls and ceilings. The project is currently in the process of installing new partitions, showers & bathrooms and will soon be beginning the installations of the new furniture arrangements.
Winthrop were awarded the M&E contract and are currently making their adjustments to the mechanical and electrical installations as well as flushing the system. The new IT cabling installation is due to start in the coming days.
