Ian has over 25 years HR experience gained in commercially run businesses covering all aspects of the function including employee and industrial relations, change management, training and development, remuneration and performance management and recruitment and selection. He has excellent communication skills, a good sense of humour and builds lasting relationships with all parties involved in the successful management of Walls.
With academic qualifications in Architecture, contract law and quantity surveying Niamh joined the Company in 2015 as Training & Development Manager. She is responsible for ensuring that the Company’s training and development activities are delivered in a strategic rather than reactive fashion, providing professional and other development interventions in areas such as health and safety, technical/engineering, commercial, IT and management development.
As HR Co-ordinator Ursula supports the Company in relation to various Human Resources functions such as recruitment and selection, employee policies and procedures, attendance, performance management and a number of other ad hoc duties. She combines her HR duties with her role as Marketing Coordinator, and as such is a key representative of the Company, both internally and externally.
