Aspire Programme

Last week saw the start of a new professional development programme, Aspire. This is a blended modular based programme to be rolled out throughout the company which provides a range of practical skills and experiences. The first cohort is a multidisciplinary group of 20 participants from all parts of our business. It is designed to equip individuals with the skills and behaviours to operate effectively in the roles and as their careers develop with the company. This is consistent with our track record of providing long term career development opportunities for our staff, from graduate recruitment to senior management.
