Tomorrow, 8th March, is International Women’s Day and Walls are proud to be sponsors of the CIF’s #BuildingEquality campaign. As part of this campaign a series of video interviews with five women who work in the industry have been released, one being our EHS Co-ordinator, Louise Martin (please see video below). All of the interviews and the majority of the construction footage took place on our Dublin Landings site and we were delighted to be able to facilitate the CIF with this. Also, a big thank you to our client Ballymore for their assistance.
Each of these women were asked to share their story and to speak about their opinion on gender equality and their experience of the construction industry. The focus of the campaign is to change the perceptions of the industry, to increase the number of women working in it, and to promote equality of opportunity for all.
