Our landscaping works are progressing along Rathborne Boulevard with the first pour of the new footpath being completed this week. We have stripped the first of the sections of scaffold along the canal and we are targeting dismantling the first of the tower cranes this week depending on the weather.
On phase 2 precast is now complete. Roofing works are progressing on all 3 blocks and we expect to have all windows fitted for the holiday period. Internal works are progressing in line with our programme.
In order to deal with some of the nuisance parking along Rathborne Crescent we have placed some concrete blocks along the footpath to stop parking in this area. We are currently arranging for line marking to be carried out along Rathborne Avenue to stop parking in this area.
During the holiday period we will have security on site full time should any issues arise.
