Works on site continue to progress well, with a major milestone achieved during the month with the topping out of the Core precast frame.
The precast frame continues to progress well in Block 6, with Core D roof poured, and Core C, B and A scheduled to complete in December and Core E also continues on programme to complete in early February 2026.
In Block 5, Core 1 roof screed preparation works are well advanced with a pour scheduled for early December. Core 2 and Core 4 roof screeds currently remaining on programme to complete in December, with Core 3 on programme to complete in early January 2026.
Façade works continue to progress well with window installations and brickwork now commenced on all 9 cores.
Internal fitout works are also starting to gain momentum, with fitout works now progressing in 6 of the 9 cores.
