Significant progress has been made during October with the RC in-situ elements of the concrete frame completing and the precast frame commencing on all cores.
Block 6 concrete frame is advancing well with Core D progressing from sixth floor – roof, Core C progressing from fifth – sixth floor, Core B fourth floor screed is complete, Core A progressing from third – fourth floor and Core E progressing from second – third floor.
Window installations are now progressing on all cores with brickwork commenced on Core D, C, B and A.
Internal fitout works are now commenced in Core D, C and B.
Block 5 concrete frame is also advancing well, with Core 1 and Core 2 progressing from fourth – fifth floor, Core 3 third floor screed is complete, and Core 4 is progressing from first – second floor.
Window installations and brickwork are progressing in Cores 1 and 2.
Internal fitout has commenced in Core 1.
