We have a great opportunity for an experienced Lean Champion to join our team to develop and maintain the Lean Strategy for our organisation.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain the Lean Strategy for the organisation.
• Review current business processes, identify waste and scope mitigations to reduce waste and increase value.
• Conduct Lean benchmarking and identify KPI’s.
• Develop Lean execution plans at project and corporate level.
• Support Project Teams with Lean construction implementation using proven Lean construction tools.
• Increase awareness of Lean Principles across the organisation and promote their integration into business processes through project site training and best practice audits to develop and reinforce a continuous improvement culture.
• Responsible for the identification and application of digital apps and tools to drive value, eliminate waste and deliver Lean sustainable solutions and workflows.
Qualifications:
• A primary degree, preferably in an Engineering or related discipline.
• Certification or previous training in Lean Construction
• Computer literate (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Power BI).
The successful candidate will have a good attention to detail, be a self-starter and flexible in relation to travelling to our sites (all Dublin based)
Excellent communication and people skills are key along with a collaborative approach, with the ability to influence, coach, present and engage at all level.
