Training and Development Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and organise health and safety training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.
- Maintain the training calendar and ensure timely communication of upcoming training events to relevant departments.
- Book training venues, vendors, arrange logistics, and manage attendance records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all training activities, including attendance, certifications, and expiry dates.
- Assist in the development and update of health and safety training materials, including manuals, online resources, and presentations.
- Coordinate with external training providers to ensure content is relevant and meets industry standards.
- Collect and analyse feedback from training participants to continuously improve training content and delivery.
- Ensure all employees complete mandatory health and safety training as required by law and company policy.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive the necessary health and safety training and information
Experience:
Previous experience in a training coordination or administrative role, preferably within a health and safety environment and /or construction.
The Training and Development Administrator will be required to work in our Head Office in Northern Cross on a full time basis.

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
