We were pleased to welcome Minister for Housing and Local Government, James Browne TD, An Cathaoirleach of Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown, Cllr Barry Saul , CEO of the Housing Agency, Martin Whelan CDir MIPI CMCIH local councillors; members of the Croí Cónaithe (Cities) team from The Housing Agency Ireland to the Lightburne development at Murphystown Way for the project’s official Topping Out Ceremony.
Taking place on the roof of the project’s landmark 12 storey tower, the event marked a significant milestone in the delivery of this important residential scheme.
Being delivered in partnership with our valued client, Park Developments, the project will provide 254 high-quality apartments across more than 42,000m2, with completion on schedule for January 2027.
The scheme is being delivered with the support of the Croí Cónaithe (Cities) Scheme which was the turning point for making this scheme viable. As demand for quality homes continues to grow, we’re proud to be playing our part in delivering sustainable, thoughtfully designed communities for future residents.
