High end fit-out of a new 10,000m2 corporate headquarters for An Post on six floors of the EXO Building including the basement and ground floor levels. The works includes the Cat B fit-out throughout to a sustainable design including open plan floors, cellular offices, M&E services, IT & AV installations, fitted and loose furniture, bespoke joinery, a full restaurant facility and extensive client branding and signage. The project is targeting a LEED Platinum rating.
