DCU Polaris Building

The Polaris Building is a 9,250m² facility accommodating DCU’s entire School of Health & Human Performance.

Constructed using a steel superstructure with unitised glazed system and brickwork façade, the building will include specialist research and teaching laboratories, exercise studios, information technology suites and lecture theatres.

Targeting an EXCEED and BREEAM Excellent rating with energy efficiency and sustainability objectives, the project will be delivered using BIM coordination.
