The residential development consists of two 5 and 6 storey blocks over a basement with a net residential floor space of c.4,973sqm with 56 units.

The façade of the residential block comprise of a metsec/concrete inner leaf with brickwork or render forming the outer leaf. Both blocks have external roof terraces as well as extensive sedum green roofing. There is a significant extent of hard and soft landscaping to the ground floor areas around both blocks together with a complete realignment of Hanover street through the completed development.
