The development comprises approximately 60,000 sqm, delivering 597 residential units, including 51 houses and 546 apartments across eight blocks. Completed in four phases, the blocks feature full precast concrete frames, brick façades with recon stone banding and Aluclad windows. The apartments are designed to Passive House standards and heated by HVRU systems supplied from a centralised heat pump plant. The scheme also includes resident amenities, a crèche, shop and café, landscaping and enhanced pedestrian and cycle connections.
