Walls is currently managing six separate student accommodation projects in Dublin alone, due for completion later this summer and throughout 2020. One of these is for our client Bain Capital/Carrowmore, located on Cork Street, Dublin 8 within close proximity of the city centre.
The project, consisting of 399 bedrooms and associated common areas, is due for completion in the summer of 2020.
