The Rosemount Golf Society met for their final outing of the year last Saturday in Tulfarris GC, County Wicklow. The weather conditions were poor but this didn’t stop the dedicated golfers in the society! Despite the conditions some good scores were posted and Eoin Redmond and Owen Stynes took the individual prizes on the day in the main competition and +24 handicap competition respectively.
As it was the last event of 2019, the golfers of the year prizes were up for grabs in both the +24 category and for the overall golfer of the year. Eoin Redmond was leading the +24 golfers and Paddy O’Brien was leading the main category at the start of the day and they both brushed aside the competition to take the overall golfer of the year prizes. Congratulations to them both.
