For over a year we have being running an initiative across the entire company to recognise and reward creativity and innovation in the work place. Be it a risk was mitigated, a problem dealt with before it became an issue, an action to promoted/improved health and safety, time and/or costs saved as a result of creative thinking, or a new method of recording data. We like to recognise and reward creativity and innovation in the work place. This month the winner was L&S Structures, our Formwork subcontractors, on the Dublin Landings project. This was in recognition of their initiative in their management of trailing leads and protection of exposed rebar.
