Work is progressing well on this 45,000m² residential development, which when completed will consist of 502 apartments within 6 blocks ranging in height from 4 storeys to 8 storeys. With piled foundations, the structures are completed using a full precast frame from podium level. The main facades are brickwork, with stone cladding at feature corners, Aluclad windows to apartments and curtain walling to Commercial spaces.
The apartments will be fitted with an exhaust air heat pump system, and a separate continuous central extract ventilation system. Amenity spaces will include a Reception, Gym, Lounge and Co-working space.
