The Bloom House Fit-out on Sean McDermott Street in Dublin 1 is due to be handed over to the client in March. The bespoke joinery is ongoing with the installation of cloak rooms, tea stations and library units on levels 3 and 4. Our carpenter has completed the door frames on the majority of floors and has commenced skirting on level 4. The Mechanical and Electical third fix is progressing well with light fittings, PIR (passive infrared sensor), smoke heads and supply/return air grilles are being installed on levels 1, 2, 3, and 4 at present. The ground floor and first floor are being prepared for plaster skimming and the ceiling grid which is schedule to commence early next week. This coming Monday will see us starting the glazed screens, ceiling tiles and carpet tile installations.
