The Central Bank Of Ireland is now a multi award winning building and the most recent award was by the RIAI at their awards ceremony on Friday the 23rd in Dublin’s Mansion House.
The building won the Best Universal Design award, a significant accolade from the architectural community to what is an iconic building.
Speaking at the event, Carole Pollard, President, RIAI, said: “The wide variety of projects included in this year’s shortlist demonstrates the diversity of great work being carried out by Irish architects, both at home and abroad. Their expertise in designing and delivering high quality infrastructure – from our Central Bank to our homes – bolsters Ireland’s reputation as a great place to live and do business.
