Walls Construction Limited continues to make impressive progress on the Claremont Howth project for our client, Marlet Property Group.
Last week, the sun was shining across the site which is located along the incredibly scenic North Co. Dublin coastline. The development consists of 512 one, two, and three-bed apartments, a 240m² creche, and over 2,600m² of retail space. With south facing public and communal space, including 12,000m² dedicated to landscaping, and a public walkway above the railway to provide unobstructed coastal views, we look forward to seeing this exciting project take shape.
