The Marlet Property Group and Walls Construction Limited construction project teams met recently at Claremont, an outstanding new development which has recently commenced for our client the Marlet Property Group at the entrance to Howth village in North Co. Dublin.
At an unrivalled location with optimal views across the Irish Sea and Ireland’s Eye, this major residential project will consist of 512 one, two, and three bed apartments, 2,600m² of retail space and a 240m² creche.
Construction is already progressing very well, and we look forward to completing this exciting development.
