We are pleased to say phases 1 and 2 of the College Square project are completed for our client, Marlet Property Group.
College Square is a major mixed-use development, comprising of more than 50,000m² of modern Grade A office space, designed to an exceptionally high standard to achieve LEED Platinum certification.
This contemporary building, offering 10 floors over double basement occupies the high-profile corner site where Tara, Poolbeg and Townsend Streets meet. Phase 3 of the development, currently under construction, will offer 58 high-end apartments and 1,580m² of retail space.
It is a spectacular addition to the Dublin City landscape.
