I Am Here enables cultural change in organisations prioritising wellness, and is built around a simple but critical message: it’s ok not to feel ok; and it’s absolutely ok to ask for help.
At Walls, we recognise the importance of prioritising our team’s wellbeing and the impact it can have on their work, families, and communities. As our team continues to grow, we understand that being proactive in our approach to mental health and wellbeing is essential.
For the mental health and wellbeing segment of Construction Industry Federation (CIF) Construction Safety Month 2023, I Am Here visited multiple sites to inform our teams on how to spot if someone might not be feeling ok, how to ‘show you care’ in this situation and how to signpost help and support if needed.
