Construction Update – April 2025
Good news is that our piling operations are almost complete at approx. 85%. One rig will be working next week with a view to completing Piling by Saturday 25th April. Our final piling rig will then be transported off site on or around Monday 28th April, under a special permit from DCC.
We would also like to inform you that work will start on Harcourt Rd loading bay with permission having been granted by DCC/TII. Our new traffic management plan, with the footpath on the south side of Harcourt Rd closed off, will be installed on Tuesday 22nd April.
We are progressing other works on site with the construction of capping beam, which involves waterproofing, tying rebar and shuttering concrete.
We have also started our bulk excavation.
Walls have recently set up our new management offices in Iveagh Court on Albert Place West.
