Construction Update – April 2025
April has seen the substantial completion of piling works with remaining piling works to complete in early May.
Block 6 foundations are now on-going in Cores A, B & C with drainage installation commenced. A significant milestone has been achieved in Core D, with the ground floor slab poured and RC works now commenced to Level 1.
Block 5 foundations are on-going in Cores 1, 2 & 3 with drainage works soon to commence.
April has also seen some significant changes to the skyline with 4 of 6 tower cranes now erected.
