On Phase 1 all tower cranes have now removed and works are progressing well on the external landscaping and completions. The internal finishes are now largely complete with handovers progressing in all areas.

On phase 2 external works are progressing within the courtyards and along the south elevation. The brick and façade works are on target and should be largely complete by the end of May. Internal works are progressing in line with our programme.

The works along the canal greenway have commenced and are progressing well.

Please see below summary of upcoming works to be aware of. Please note as with all construction works these are subject to change and we endeavour to keep you updated as soon as we become aware.

Week Commencing 27th April
Previous Median area along Rathborne Boulevard to be fenced off to allow for works to commence in this area. There will be some breaking required here to remove tar. We will keep breaking to post 8am.
Week Commencing 4th May
Remaining hoarding along phase 1 side to be removed and Heras Fencing reinstated. This will allow for ease of movement while finish road surface works are happening and in preparation for final handover of works.
Week Commencing 11th May
Commence Tar on Rathborne Boulevard Phase 1 Side

Tower Crane 1 currently proposed for dismantle on the 14th May. There will be a road closure required for this with traffic management at the corner of Rathborne Boulevard/Avenue. Drawings now attached and DCC have been informed.

Week Commencing 18th May
Complete Tar along Phase 1 Side of Rathborne Boulevard.
Week Commencing 25th May
Tower Crane 3 currently proposed for dismantle on the 28th May. There will be some parking bay suspension requested similar to Tower Crane 4 removal. We will circulate plan drawing for this.
Week Commencing 1st June
Tower Crane 2 currently proposed for dismantle on the 4th June.

Target reopening of Rathborne Boulevard Median.
