Construction Update – April 2025
In Phase 1, precast is now up and running on all 3 blocks. Brickwork is progressing well on both Blocks 4 and 5 with Block 6 due to commence over the next few weeks. Fit out works are progressing internally with the first of our sample apartments nearing completion.
In Phase 2 the precast structure has now reached level 4 on Block 3 with Block 2 at level 2. Brickwork is progressing on Block 3 and window installation has commenced on Block 2. The foundation and podium structures are now complete on Phase 2 with the roof slab for the retail unit currently under construction.
The works on the Rathborne Road side of the project in relation to the Watermain are nearing completion and we should be backfilling and reopening the road fully in the near future. We apologise for any inconvenience caused during these necessary works.
