Construction Update – August 2024
Walls Construction Limited continues to make good progress on the Rathborne Wharf project as can be seen in the images captured below. The development consists of 725 apartments over 6 blocks, 725sq m childcare facility with associated open space, 2750sq m retail floorspace and 2881sq m of Central Public Open Space.
Works have commenced on the reinforced concrete foundations and the first concrete pours took place in August. The bulk excavation works are drawing to a close with over 30,000m³ of soil removed to date.
Over the next month we expect to see more good progress in the foundation works and the first 2 of 6 Tower Cranes will be erected.
