Phase 1 has seen the first scaffold drops of the project over the past few weeks giving the first views of the finished façade on block 4. Internal works are well up and running in all 3 blocks with apartments being handed over for final snagging. ESB power is now live to the phase with commissioning works commencing. August has also seen precast roof being installed on Block 6 and Block 4 and 5 are now up on the tower sections.
Phase 2 is progressing well in line with our programme and fit out works have commenced internally. The curtain wall is currently in the middle of installation for the Block 1 retail unit.
We are still awaiting a granted planning permission in relation to relocating our car park to a larger area adjacent to Ashton House. The clarifications for this were submitted on the 22nd August and a response is due on the 19th September. In an effort to further try and deter some of the nuisance parking in the area we have double yellow lined to corner at the end of Rathborne Avenue.
