Construction Update – December 2024
Happy New Year, we hope you all had a good Christmas Break. Project works continued through December with the precast structure progressing on Blocks 4 and 5 of Phase 1. Works are progressing in Block 6 with the first of the podium slab pours taking place before the break. We have also commenced installation of the windows on Block 4 and hope to commence works on the brick façade in the early part of the year.
In Phase 2 we have completed the first two pours of the Block 3 podium. Groundworks are progressing from East to West along the site with the reinforced concrete works following closely behind. The second of the three tower cranes has now been erected and January will see the final tower crane erection.
As mentioned in our previous newsletter the turnstile access has now relocated from Rathborne Road to the centre of the project on Rathborne Boulevard, next to our site cabin set up.
