Construction Update – February 2025
Phase 1 has seen the precast frame progressing in Blocks 4 and 5. The precast frame has commenced on level 4 of Block 4 which will eventually rise to 14 storeys. The remaining foundation works will in Block 6 will be complete this week and the precast frame will commence in March. Window and brick are continuing on Block 4 and have now commenced on Block 5. Works have started internally with the works to the first of our sample apartments well under way.
The precast structure has now commenced in Block 3 and we will start on Block 2 during March. The foundation works are progressing well in the final block as we get closer to the completion of this phase of works. This month has also seen the erection of the final tower crane.
