On phase 1 the second tower crane has now been removed and the final crane is expected down over the coming months. We are currently re-erecting scaffold along Rathborne Boulevard for a client decision to change the red brick to grey. These works will continue into early June. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. External works along Rathborne Boulevard are progressing well with future parking bays being installed along with building entrance paving. The scaffold has now started dropping on the Towers for both Blocks 4 and 5. Internally we are continuing with fit out of apartments on all levels throughout the phases and have started client snagging.
On phase 2 we are progressing with the groundworks along Rathborne Boulevard and paving will commence shortly. The change of red brick to grey brick will also commence in this phase over the coming weeks. Fit out works are progressing well on all levels of all blocks at this stage.
