Works continue to progress well on site despite the challenging weather.
The concrete frame is now complete on 8 of 9 cores, with the final core scheduled to complete in the coming weeks.
External windows are now completing on 3 of 9 cores, brickwork is progressing on all cores, and roofing has commenced on Core D.
Internal fitout works are on-going in 6 of 9 cores, with kitchens, tiling and joinery commenced in the most advanced core.
We will shortly be commencing external finishing works around the perimeter of the site, this will also include the completion of drainage connections and installation of external site ducting by ESB Networks.
