On phase 1 the façade and external works are progressing well. We have dismantled the first of six tower cranes at the end of December with the next crane due down over the next few weeks. Internally we are continuing with fit out of apartments on all levels throughout the phase.
On phase 2 roofing and façade works are well progressed. We are currently adjusting the hoarding along Rathborne Boulevard (similar to Phase 1) to allow us to commence the external works and tie in to the existing road.
