In Phase 1 we are progressing well with the internal works with fitout now progressing in all 3 blocks. Works are also progressing well in the Creche located in the North East corner of the site with the underfloor heating screed currently being installed. Precast is also progressing well and we expect to complete the first of the 3 blocks over the coming weeks.
In Phase 2 precast and façade works are progressing on all 3 blocks. Fit out is progressing in Blocks 2 and 3.
We are still awaiting a granted planning permission in relation to relocating our car park to a larger area adjacent to Ashton House. All our subcontractors and our own staff have been issued direct guidance that parking in residents and/or visitor car parking spaces will not be tolerated. This has been brought to the attention of the directors of our subcontractors as well as being briefed to the operatives on site. We have identified a number of other areas where parking is available to the workforce (Phoenix Park, Navan Road Parkway) and are encouraging the use of public transport. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and we assure you we are doing our best to deter nuisance parking in the area.
