Another busy month in Clongriffin which has seen great progress internally and externally.
Block 5, the external scaffold has now been dropped to the entire perimeter with external paving works commenced and significant progress made on balcony installations.
Block 6 has seen significant progress on scaffold removal, with 3 of 5 cores complete and balcony installations progressing. External works have commenced with kerbing installations and drainage connections on-going.
Podium landscaping continues on both blocks with paving & topsoiling on-going and play equipment installed.
Internal works continue to progress in line with programme with final completions and snagging on-going and system commissioning commenced.
We have also seen a change to the skyline, with the removal of 3 of the 4 tower cranes, with the final crane due to be removed early August.
