In Phase 1, precast is progressing well on 3 blocks. Block 4 is now stepping back and the first level of the tower block ongoing at present. Block 5 is following behind on level 07 and Block 6 up to level 04. Façade works are progress well and fit out works are progressing well internally.
In Phase 2 precast is now up and running on all 3 blocks. Façade works are progressing on Blocks 2 and 3 and the fit out works is progressing in Block 3.
We are still awaiting a granted planning permission in relation to relocating our car park to a larger area adjacent to Ashton House.
