On Phase 1 works are largely complete with snagging and final touches being put on various areas both internally and externally. We are currently awaiting a date from DCC to carry out a final walk ahead of the buildings being confirmed as ready for occupation.
On Phase 2 external works are now being progressed on all elevations as we work our way out of phase 1. Internal works are progressing in line with our programme and both design team and client snagging is progressing.
Please see below summary of upcoming works to be aware of. Please note as with all construction works these are subject to change and we endeavour to keep you updated as soon as we become aware.

| Section of landscaping to north of median area will be prepped for trees and express lawn seeds sown. We are currently awaiting date for trees as we are currently outside tree planting season.
