Construction Update – March 2025
Following on from our February update, significant progress has been made on site. Installation of the piling matt has completed and piling works are now progressing on Blocks 5 and 6.
Foundation works have also commenced this month on Blocks 5 and 6, and these works will be progressing further over the coming months.
March has also seen the installation of the first tower crane base, with erection of the first tower crane scheduled to commence on the 26th March. A total of 6 tower cranes will be erected on the project over the coming months.
In addition to on site works, a convex mirror has been installed at the junction of Beltree Avenue and Lake Street to address concerns raised by local residents.
