Construction Update – March 2025
In Phase 1 we have now reached the first terrace level of Block 4 on Level 05, which will see the building start to step back towards the main tower starting at Level 09. Block 5 Precast is currently at level 05. Precast will commence on Block 6 over the coming weeks. Brickwork is progressing well on both Blocks 5 and 6. The final in situ concrete elements will be poured on this side of the project over the coming days. Fit out works are progressing internally with studwork & M&E progressing in the apartments.
In Phase 2 the precast structure is progressing in both Blocks 2 and 3. Façade works have also now commenced in Block 3. We are excavating in the North West Corner for the last of the foundation structure which we aim to complete over the month of April. The Level 01 slab is also progressing on Block 1 with the first pour complete last week.
We are currently completing the ESB ductwork on the Rathborne Drive end of the project. We hope to have the duct work complete over the coming days and will await a date from ESB to pull the cables and then reinstate the road. We will also be carrying out excavations to complete the permanent water connection on the Rathborne Road end of the project over the coming days. Further information in relation to the traffic management for these works will be posted on the website ahead of commencement.
